about iD
Image Diplomacy iD – was founded by husband and wife team, Gabriele Villa and Sorcha Hellyer. It is an initiative that was collectively developed after more than a decade in the field of international communications. It encompasses our ideals, fostered in that time, and the experience we have gained by collaborating closely with our global clientele and by listening to their changing needs.

iD’s fundamental belief is that the human element of the story is vital to creating the right connection with the reader - whether they are a current or future tourist, business partner or investor. This is why we conduct ‘live interviews’ with international players in order to produce constructive coverage and balanced editorial. As Gloria Borger, a senior political analyst for CNN, pointed out, “For most folks, no news is good news; for the press, good news is not news”. This may have been true in the past, but given the difficult economic climate we all now face there is a thirst for a more balanced and positive point of view - one which identifies strengths and success stories - instead of focusing on the ‘doom & gloom’ of much of the news we are fed. And that’s good news for you!

iD aims to help you find solutions, to help you reach your audience, clients, customers and end-users in these challenging times. We put our experience and our expertise at your disposal. Get to know us better and find out how we can assist you with your “image diplomacy”.
